Return Policy

For products purchased through A Touch of Golds official website, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned in their original condition, must show no signs of wear and must be accompanied by all original certificates and documentation, if applicable. Any promotional item or free gift included with your order must be returned along with your item, or the retail value of the promotion/gift will be deducted from your credit. Shipping costs will not be refunded and all shipping costs incurred for the return of the item are the sole responsibility of the customer. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. In the event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, once received we will ship a replacement item at no cost to you. PLEASE NOTE: Damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days of the original shipment date.

Return an Item

To return an item please contact us at customerservice@toggold.com or 1-213-291-8164 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once approved, you will receive an e-mail containing your RMA number, along with packaging and shipping instructions. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included on the box or if the package has been damaged or tampered with. For security purposes, we strongly encourage you to purchase insurance when you return items. Returns are processed weekdays and typically entered into our system within 24 business hours of receipt. Once entered into our system you will receive a confirmation email alerting you that your return has been passed along to our Quality Assurance department. Please allow 5 to 15 business days for this process to complete. You will receive an email once the outbound shipment date has been set and will also receive a shipping confirmation email the day of the outbound shipment.

Warranty Policy

We at A Touch of Gold offer a one year warranty on all our jewelry against manufacturing defects and workmanship. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item. If the item is no longer available, A Touch of Gold may, in its discretion, replace with like-kind or allow a refund equal to the selling price of the original item or component. If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available at cost or otherwise. Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect. The warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been altered by anyone other than A Touch of Gold. The foregoing Manufacturer Warranty is available only to the person who purchased the covered product from A Touch of Gold. Fine jewelry is not impervious to normal wear, activities or trauma. This is particularly true for rings since hands are regularly subjected to considerable abuse. Our warranty does not provide for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft. Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product are also not covered. Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include: 1. Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing. 2. Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require “building up” or restoration work as normal wear. 3. Bent, caught or worn out prongs(s) allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage. 4. Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage Our dedicated Quality Assurance Team inspects every item before shipment to ensure that you receive a high quality piece. In the rare event that your item has a defect, please contact a customer service representative 1-213-291-8164, and we'd be happy to assist you in getting your item repaired. Please include your order number and contact information in your communications with us. PLEASE NOTE:

  • The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges related to a warranty repair.
  • We reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond normal wear, as deemed by our jewelry professionals. 
  • We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. *To send us your piece of jewelry, U.S. customers may purchase a shipping label for $30. Shipping charges for international customers will vary depending on the country you are from.
